How often should I water my plants?
Each plant has different watering needs. Generally, indoor plants should be watered when the top inch of soil feels dry. We include specific care instructions with each plant.
What light conditions do most of your plants need?
We offer plants for all light conditions. Each plant listing specifies whether it needs bright, medium, or low light. Most tropical houseplants prefer bright, indirect light.
Do you offer plants that are safe for pets?
Yes! Look for the “Pet-Friendly” tag on our product listings. Popular pet-safe options include Spider Plants, Boston Ferns, and Calathea varieties.
How do you ship plants?
We carefully package each plant with protective materials to prevent damage. Larger plants are secured in specially designed boxes, while smaller plants may be wrapped together.
What areas do you deliver to?
We offer free local delivery in Auckland and ship nationwide across New Zealand. Shipping costs for non-local orders are calculated at checkout based on size and destination.
What happens if my plant arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged plant. We’ll replace your plant or provide a refund, depending on your preference.
Can I visit your nursery in person?
Absolutely! Our nursery is located at 760 Glenbrook Road, Kingseat 2679. We’re open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9am-5pm, and Saturday from 10am-4pm (closed on Sundays). We’d love to help you select plants in person and share our growing expertise with you.
Do you offer wholesale options?
Yes! We supply plants to landscapers, retailers, schools, and businesses. Contact us directly for wholesale pricing and minimum order information.
